The Power of Thoughts

"Our thoughts have the power to shape our lives- for better or worse. Thoughts have the power to lift our spirits, to improve our circumstance, and to streghthen our relationship with the Creator. BUT, our thoughts also have the power to cause us great harm if we focus too intently upon those things that distance us from God."
-Purpose for Everyday Living by Criswell Freeman

This is something that I struggle with but is something that speaks so much truth. In every cross and situation, there is always a choice to see it half empty or to see it half full. That choice is ours to actively make. It is something that I challenge myself to live each day. And once any thoughts are united with Christ and His Will...oh what power and what strength!

To all my loved ones out there who are in desperate need of prayers and hope, whose thoughts are clouded by darkness, remember the power of your thoughts and unite them in HIM. Praying for you all.
